Digital products are delivered shortly after successful payment.

You will receive an email containing your download or access link. Some products may contain several files or provide access to a shared online folder.

The software required depends on the product purchased.

PDF products can normally be opened using a standard PDF reader.

Spreadsheets may require Google Sheets or a compatible version of Microsoft Excel. Editable designs may require a free or paid Canva account.

Many products can be viewed on a phone or tablet, but spreadsheets, editable templates and detailed workbooks are usually easier to use on a laptop or desktop computer.

Available features may vary depending on your device, operating system and software.

Yes. You may print reasonable copies of a purchased digital product for your own personal use or for use within your own business.

You may not print copies to sell, distribute or give to other people or businesses.

No. Each purchase is licensed to one customer or one business unless the product description states otherwise.

Purchased files cannot be shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded to a membership or claimed as your own work.

If another person or business would like to use the product, they will need to purchase their own copy.

Digital products are supplied immediately after payment.

Before purchasing, you will be asked to consent to receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that your 14 day right to cancel ends when the content is supplied.

We do not provide change of mind refunds after digital content has been supplied.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, materially different from its description or has not been delivered.

The estimated preparation and delivery time will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Some products are prepared or finished by hand, so processing times may vary.

You will receive an order confirmation and, where available, dispatch or tracking information by email.

Available delivery locations and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.

For most standard physical products purchased online, you can notify us that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Products must be unused, complete and in a resaleable condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Personalised products cannot normally be returned because you have changed your mind

Include your name, order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate.

We will review the problem and arrange the appropriate solution.

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel a personalised order.

We may be able to make the change if production has not started. Once a personalised product has entered production, it cannot normally be changed, cancelled or returned because you changed your mind.

Please check all names, wording, spellings, colours and personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.
