Many of our physical products are designed, printed, assembled or finished by hand by ScaleHer Growth in the UK. Individual product descriptions will explain exactly what is included.

Estimated preparation and delivery times are shown on each product page. You will receive an order confirmation and, where available, dispatch or tracking information by email.

Available delivery locations and charges will be displayed during checkout. If your location is unavailable, please email [email protected] before ordering.

For most standard physical products, you can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unused, complete and in a resaleable condition. Personalised products cannot be returned because you have changed your mind.

Please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your name, order number, details of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
