MY STORY
Why I Created Scale Her Growth
After more than 30 years in the retail and service industries, including over 15 years in senior leadership, I have seen what helps businesses grow and what can leave even the most capable business owners feeling stretched and unsure of their next move.
I founded ScaleHer Growth to make practical business knowledge feel clearer, friendlier and easier to use.
Today, I am proud to be building its next chapter alongside my daughter, Franchesca, bringing together our different experiences, strengths and ideas.

MEET FRANCHESCA
Bringing a Fresh Perspective to ScaleHer Growth
Franchesca brings fresh ideas, creativity and genuine enthusiasm to ScaleHer Growth.
She is currently studying for a degree in Business Management, specialising in marketing, and has already gained several years of practical experience in administration and social media marketing.
Her understanding of the digital world complements Julie’s experience in leadership, sales and operations. Together, they bring two different generations and perspectives to the business, united by a shared desire to create useful, approachable support for women in business.
As ScaleHer Growth develops, Franchesca will help shape its marketing, brand and customer experience while continuing to learn and grow alongside the business.

We share a dream of creating a business that gives our family greater freedom, fulfilment and purpose, while helping other women create more of those things in their own lives.
We do not pretend to have every answer. Like the women we support, we are learning, growing and building one thoughtful step at a time. What we do share is a genuine passion for creating practical support that helps women feel clearer, more confident and less alone in business.
For us, ScaleHer Growth is more than a business. It is something meaningful we are building together, with the hope that it can make a meaningful difference to the women who choose to grow alongside us.
